After graduating from ESSEC and the Paris Bar School, Jean-Philippe began his career in an international law firm where he advised management teams and financial investors on the financial, legal and tax aspects of their investment in the framework of LBOs operations.
Then he founded a high added value insurance intermediation company which he eventually sold to a large healthcare group.
Jean-Philippe founded Céleste Consulting in 2010 to optimize and continue developing his recognized expertise of Private Equity transactions.
